Together We Garden provides professional landscaping, garden design, and maintenance services in the Portland, Oregon area. Services include but are not limited to:

Commercial landscaping services

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type. Design consultations require 50% deposit upon agreement signing. Installation projects require 30% deposit with remainder due upon completion. Monthly maintenance services are billed in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

Consultations may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Project cancellations after work commencement may incur costs for materials ordered and labor performed.

5. Plant Guarantee

We provide a 1-year guarantee on plant installations, subject to proper care and maintenance as outlined in our care instructions. Guarantee covers plant replacement but not labor costs for re-installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Together We Garden's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to existing landscaping, structures, or underground utilities not properly marked.

7. Weather and Seasonal Considerations

Work schedules may be affected by weather conditions. We reserve the right to postpone work during unsuitable conditions to ensure quality and safety.

8. Property Access

Client must provide reasonable access to work areas and ensure pets are properly restrained during service visits.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon, under Oregon state law.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
